Boxing Foundation focuses on the core skills required to feel confident and comfortable. Learn about stance, footwork, how to use your full body to successfully throw a variety of different punches and combos safely, and how to use equipment such as boxing bags, focus mitts and skipping ropes.
BOXFIT
BoxFit is a full-body workout that will increase your cardiovascular fitness and upskill your boxing skills in a fun group setting. Here we focus on core boxing skills whilst also incorporating equipment including the boxing rig, focus mitts, strength equipment, dead balls, kettlebells, skipping ropes, sleds and much more.
