In Strength Circuit we will focus on giving you a full-body workout that will increase your functional strength and cardiovascular fitness in a super charged group setting. In these classes we create a circuit utilising strength-based exercises which incorporate sleds, barbells, dumbbells, chin-up bars, resistance bands, gymnastic rings, dead balls, kettlebells and more.
