Mobility
In our Mobility Class you will learn how to move in a coordinated, stable and pain-free way. You will gain access to your body's full range of motion using resistance bands, foam rollers, deep holds and movement flow. This will IMPROVE your body awareness and coordination, PROTECT your body from unnecessary injury and ELEVATE your performance.
Recovery
Being stiff and immobile can have a significant negative impact on our quality of movement. This is caused by tight muscles and facia chains which can lead to muscle pain, joint pain, compensatory movement patterns, impaired range of motion and even injury. In our Recovery class you will learn how to utilise foam rollers, trigger balls and resistance bands to release your tight muscles and facia chains. Learn how to look after your body, maintain your full range of motion, improve your movement quality, improve your performance and reduce your risk of injury.
Movement Foundations
Welcome to Movement Foundations where we explore how to perform the basic upper and lower body movement patterns that you will use daily while exercising. Learn how to use the correct muscles and safely progress after exploring how the movements should feel. These progressions will utilise equipment including resistance bands, gymnastics rings, boxes, steps, dead balls, kettlebells, barbells and dumbbells.
