Kinetic Link Training (KLT)
Kinetic Link Training is a style of Functional Strength Training that focuses on encouraging all the joints and muscles of the body to play well together, rather than in isolation. In these classes we remove all external support equipment such as seats and benches, and focus on exercises that promote natural human movement under load. Explore how to safely perform controlled trunk rotation and multi-planed movement during full body integrated exercise utilising resistance bands, cables, kettlebells, dumbbells, bars, steps and more.
Functional core stability rather than core rigidity is the focus for our core class. Discover how to use all core units to effectively transfer forces between your upper and lower body. We will apply these skills in a variety of dynamic, unilateral movements designed to mimic real-world activities utilising equipment including resistance bands, kettlebells, dead balls, dumbbells, unstable surfaces, bars and much more.
