Aerobic Fitness Training

We should all be able to complete tasks like climbing stairs, walking up hills, running after pets and playing with our children with ease and comfort. A fundamental part of being able to effortlessly complete these tasks is an adequate level of Aerobic Fitness.

Aerobic fitness training is a style that focuses on how well our heart, lungs, blood vessels and muscles work together. At any point in time we may be required to complete a variety of aerobic-based activities and these activities differ in intensities, task requirements and length of time. We aim to recreate this variety in our Aerobic Fitness based classes.
