Functional Strength Training is a training style that focuses on improving your movement rather than focusing on building up your individual muscle groups. On a daily basis we move in a variety of directions utilising multiple muscles and joints that require coordinated body control and core stability. We aim to mimic these requirements with the exercises we choose in our functional strength-based classes.
