At Above & Beyond Fitness Hub, our group mobility classes are designed to help improve overall fitness by increasing your body’s mobility. During these classes you will find mobility workouts set up at stations across the room. Simply work with our instructors to complete each exercise, then move onto the next station. We always like to keep things interesting in our mobility gym, so you can expect to utilise a wide variety of equipment and variations in our mobility workouts that target strength, balance, and stability.

Our team has carefully curated a selection of mobility and flexibility exercises to ensure an appropriate and challenging option at each station for your current fitness level. We provide video and coaching assistance so you receive individualised attention to ensure that you have the correct form and technique and get the most out of each exercise.
