Kick-start your weekend and set yourself up for success! Joining us any time between 7 am to 9 am for our weekly Social Saturday Event, where we supply the good tunes and provide you with your daily hit of movement and happy hormones! And the best part is, the classes at ABFH on Saturday mornings are FREE!! (scroll down for info on our Social Saturday Classes).

Our Social Saturday Classes
Walk & Run Club @ 7 am to 7:45 am
Do you enjoy walking or running? Maybe you would like to get into it but are unsure where to start? Either way, our walk & run club is perfect for you!
We travel between 1-7km along the Brisbane River in Jindalee, starting and finishing at the hub. The distance is your choice and there is a very large variety of fitness levels that attend. This class is all about enjoyment, getting your steps in & improving your cardiovascular fitness, all in our Social Saturday morning setting.
AB’s Greatest HIITs @ 8:00 am – 9:00 am
Our greatest HIITs class is all about the funky tunes, social vibes & getting your body moving. We take the best parts of our strength, cardio, flexibility & coordination training & adding them together over 12 exercises designed to maximise the fun factor! This class is suitable for all fitness, experience & confidence levels
Breakfast & Coffee @ 9:00 am
Join us at The Pepper Lounge, where we get coffee and/or breakfast! Everyone is invited, some say it is their favourite class of the day.
