Regardless of your circumstances, my ultimate aim is to foster self-confidence, consistency and empowerment. I have a Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness and a Bachelor of Clinical Exercise Physiology so let’s get started on creating the pathway to the absolute best you possible!
Besides my amazing abilities to transform your fitness routine and smash your goals, my main hobby is Latin dance with my two favourite styles being Brazilian Zouk and Hip Hop.
